You pay for the new item but you get one which has been returned by someone. They did not even bother to remove the receipt of the person who returned it. Do you guys want to buy from this kind of retailer? Its better to spend a few dollars more and buy at your local store!

I am totally baffled by all the negative reviews of this item. I’ve had it now for over six months and I have encountered NONE of the problems some other reviewers describe in their grumbling critiques. In fact, this great device has been working like a charm. Perhaps all the problems might have been created by a faulty installation: this is the only conclusion I can derive by reading all this undeserved grousing. To reiterate, I, for one, am completely satisfied!

We bought this filter [...] about 2 months ago. It worked just fine for about the first week. Then, it started to slow down, and get slower and slower, and slower. It basically drips now. We have to put a pot underneath it to catch the drips for hours so that we can collect enough just for drinking. Ridiculous.

Filter life extremely short, filters way over priced, after a couple months it leaks like crazy everywhere – completely unusable.

I’ve owned this product for over 2 years now and never had a problem with it until now. And that’s because my 4 year old likes to climb onto the kitchen counter and holds onto this to let himself down. Now it’s leaking water at the seal where you attach it to the faucet. So now I’m going out to buy another one. It’s some of the best cleaning water I’ve ever tasted. I hate drinking clorine water! My kids drink more water too with this.
