Looks nice, that’s the 1 star. Turn on the water after the second time and you have Old Faithful aiming for your ceiling and you will also need a bucket under your sink. This definitely needs an o-ring. The split sleeve does not tighten enough to block the water. The plumber who CORRECTLY installed for the landlord will be back tomorrow to try to add a o-ring(that is not needed – according to American Standard). If it cannot be fixed, we will not be keeping this.
